Press the Damn Button Before Ai Does It For you!
Issue #1 of Organized Chaos. Where ADHD and AI stop fighting and start co-creating the future.
Congrats on pressing the damn button as you know I’m a fan of that!
And yeah, I guess that’s still something we humans have to do.
Or maybe AI starts doing that for us too.
We’ll probably get to that at some point in this newsletter.
For my ADHD friends or those who want to skip to the TLDR, it’s here at the bottom1.
🎯The truth is, My ADHD Brain has always hated Reading and Email
Like, really hate it.
Earlier this year, I finally found two AI agents that can read my inbox and let me reply in audio voice notes, as that inbox overwhelms me on the regular, even in 2025.
So yeah, the irony that this is showing up in your inbox isn’t lost on me.
But this isn’t email. Not the kind I avoid.
This is access.
This is me letting you in.
ADHD brains crave connection, not just content.
And once I started owning that, it started to unlock AI, and why I need to launch this substack.
I’m not trying to cure your FOMO as I did in the past with FOMOFanz
I'm focused on making sense of the chaos and giving you a window into my experience with AI.
⚙️ How I Usually Operate (and Why AI Was Different)
If you know me, you know I don’t wait around. I beta test everything.
I press the damn button before most people see it. I’ve jailbroken more things than I’ve followed instructions for.
I was discussing AI on keynote stages back during the COVID pandemic, not how to use it, but how to be prepared for the world it was going to change.
But even then? It felt too early and too much work to integrate into daily life.
Not because I didn’t believe in it, but because I’ve learned, with live video with podcasting with NFTs.
Timing matters.
Tech maturity matters.
And more importantly, it needs people who can translate it into something others can feel.
🧠 Not Here to Teach, Here to Break Shit & Share the Chaos
There are plenty of people talking AI prompts, tools, and hacks, but for me, that’s a losing battle of keeping up with change and breaking news and I’ve done that before and it sucks..
So no, this isn’t about helping you “get into AI.”
I’m not here to tell you what’s coming.
Or how to future-proof your workflow.
Or which tools will 10x your productivity?
I’m here to show you what I’ve learned by living it.
By breaking it.
By using it wrong until it started to fit.
And by letting my ADHD be my unfair advantage instead of my excuse.
🔍 0.01% ChatGPT OnlyFanz User, But It’s Not About That
In May, I landed in the top 0.01% of ChatGPT users.
(And no, that’s not an OnlyFans stat. Calm down.)
But I don’t use just ChatGPT.
I use multiple tools. Daily. Relentlessly. Obsessively.
Because for me, it’s never been about the tool.
It’s about the mindset.
The perspective.
And the permission to design a life that’s actually worth living.
I’m not chasing AI to keep up.
I’m using AI to slow down, to create space, and to stay more me.
Because this isn’t about “using AI better.”
It’s about rethinking how we live.
It’s always been about the mindset.
The perspective.
And the permission to live differently.
To create differently.
To think differently.
🌀 ADHD x AI = The Synergy I Didn’t Know I Was Waiting For
The intersection of ADHD and AI is the synergy I didn’t know I needed.
It’s the harmony I didn’t think would come.
But now that it’s here
I’ve never felt more alive.
More seen.
More willing to let you in.
Because this isn’t about getting you to adopt AI.
Or convincing you it’s the future.
This is about giving you access.
Letting you decide for yourself.
Letting you see how I live it.
How I break it.
How I co-create with it, chaotic, ADHD, transparent as f*ck.
My focus is to build a life that works with it.
That means working less, living louder, being more me
and trusting AI to meet me where I’m at.
Not the other way around.
📬 What You’ll Get (and What You Won’t)
This newsletter won’t be regular.
It won’t be optimized.
And it certainly won’t be ghostwritten.
You’ll get raw takes, real tools, weird prompts, and probably too much access to how my brain works.
I’ll answer every reply.
And I’ll share the stuff most people don’t say out loud.
If you’re overwhelmed, skeptical, or just here because AI feels like a mirror you’re not sure you want to look into, that’s fine too.
All I ask is that you keep an open mind.
Stick around for a couple of issues.
Then unsubscribe if it doesn’t click
Trust me, I get a lot of pleasure every week unsubscribing from emails.
🧨 Final thought (and a confession)
Who knows where this thing goes.
Maybe it turns into a podcast.
Maybe it will become a YouTube channel.
Perhaps it remains exactly what it is, an ADHD-fueled, AI-assisted playground for the curious and the chaotic.
But here’s what I know:
I appreciate you.
I value your time.
And just so you know, I had to yell at the AI multiple times to get this issue written in my actual voice.
That bitch kept trying to ghostwrite for LinkedIn.
And this homie don’t play that.

TLDR (ADHD & AI Friendly):
You pressed the damn button.
And probably, like me, you hate email.
But I’m breaking my own rule
because this intersection of ADHD and AI finally feels worth sharing.
Not polished. Not perfect.
Just raw access to how I’m using this tech to live better, not just work faster.I’m not here to teach.
I’m here to show.
And if you’re down for the mess, let’s roll. You’ll get the tools.
You’ll get the truth.
And if it doesn’t vibe? Unsubscribe. I respect that move.
